Patient Services

Our pharmacists, nurses, pharmacy technicians and support staff have decades of in-home experience and are well versed with the challenges and complexities of many illnesses. With the help of the team, including highly-skilled nurses trained to place PICC lines, you’ll be assured of getting the best care possible. You’ll also have 24-hour access to a Merwin IV & Specialty Pharmacy nurse or pharmacist if you need to discuss concerns about drug interactions, side effects or alternative solutions. While the treatment may not be simple, our goal is—bring vitality to the patient care experience.

Pharmacy Services

  • IV (antibiotics, nutrition, hydrations, antifungal)
  • IV nursing services (peripheral IV, midline and PICC starts)
  • Flushing and IV maintenance
  • Hospice care (pain management, anxiety, nausea, constipation, delirium, agitation, psychosis)
  • Compounds, including a variety of solutabs, liquids and gels
